The Opportunity
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Dune Attendant to provide exceptional food and beverage service at The Dune, one of our multiple dining locations. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for members and guests through attentive service, food and beverage preparation and delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining environment. Reporting to the Supervisor on Duty, the Dune Attendant plays a key role in delivering the resort's Five-Diamond service standards while supporting daily food and beverage operations.
The Day-to-Day
  • Greet members and guests warmly while delivering attentive, professional service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with established standards.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
  • Replenish food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible-service procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of The Dune and surrounding service areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest requests.
  • Communicate effectively with culinary, food and beverage, and resort teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Sets You Apart
  • Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to accurately handle payments and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as required.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
