Private Country Club seeking energetic, organized candidates for Summer Pool Front Desk position. Competitive Pay, Meals on the job, and In house training and certifications.

Compensation: $9-$14, Seasonal, Part-Time

Position:  Pool Front Desk Attendant                                                                                              

Report To:  Pool Managers

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Pool Managers, the Pool Front Desk Attendant is directly responsible for the process of checking Members and their guests into the pool. Answering incoming calls effectively. Greet Members and their guests who are visiting the club. Effectively answering questions from Members.

Responsibilities:

Greet and acknowledge Members and guests in a timely manner and report complaints to management as they occur.

Answer the telephone and effectively answer questions or take requests from Members.

Provides schedule and other club information to Members and guest.

Reports presence of unauthorized visitors in or around club facilities.

Manage the Lost and Found program.

Ensure that Members are using the club’s app and Membership card.

Check that all guests 15 years or younger are accompanied by an adult.

Ensure each Member has a photo uploaded to their Membership card. If not, direct them on how to do so.

Swim diapers

Attend staff meetings including pre-shift (line-up) sessions and training as required.

Complete other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk.

Maintain accurate records of Member “Tailor my Tumbler” orders.

Ensure accurate Member and guest check-in.

Ensure tickets from pool check-in and “Tailor my Tumbler” are charged accurately.

Ensure that end of day reports is accurately completed and submitted to the closing manager.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Scheduling Requirements:

Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays – based on the level of Club Activities.
