Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred 2+ years
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knife skills for food preparation

Skills:
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Knife skills: Proficiency in using knives for food preparation tasks
- Food handling: Ability to safely handle and store raw ingredients and cooked food items
- Banquet: Understanding of banquet operations, including portion control and presentation
- Meal preparation: Experience in preparing meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Cook: Proficient in cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying
- Food preparation: Ability to prep ingredients, measure quantities, and follow recipes accurately

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
