Maintenance Tech / Certified Pool Operator

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech/Certified Pool Operator. Must have 2+ years experience. Knowledgeable with pool motors, pool heaters, and electrical. 

Job Description:

• Must have 2 years experience in Hotels/Apartments Hospitality
• Performs maintenance repairs such as, plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures and electrical needs.
• Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms such as plunging, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, a/c and/or AC ducts
• Must have knowledge in pools, maintaining pool water quality according to and above state standards, cleaning, vacuuming, back washing.
• Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards

Experience:

• Maintenance/Pools: 2 year (preferred)

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a CPO License
