We are seeking guest focused, friendly Host/Hostess who can ensure a positive, lasting impression through attending to guests' needs.
What you will be doing
Essential Functions:
- Greet and seat guests.
- Answers phone calls and questions related to reservations.
- Maintains waitlist by obtaining guest information.
- Cleans, organizes, and maintains menus and host stand.
- Maintain clean service areas and make sure all service areas are stocked throughout shift.
- Be ready and willing to assist all team members when needed.
- Attend scheduled meetings.
- Ability to understand guests’ service needs.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
