Restaurant Supervisor - Bar Cicchetti

The Westin Great Southern Columbus is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead our awesome TEAM at Bar Cicchetti.  If you take pride in customer satisfaction, and have a passion for culinary arts consider this opportunity !

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will operate as a leader to our hard working and passionate TEAM at Bar Cicchetti. In this role you will ensure day to day operations runs smoothly and create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high quality foods from our menu and you will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience.  You will be responsible for closing nightly paperwork, oversee the TEAM and assist with serving/bartending as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role 
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
