We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Wyndham Fort Smith. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served correctly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
