Summer Tour Guide

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Tour Guide/Driver to join our team at Yellowstone Vacation Tours in West Yellowstone, Montana. In this role, you'll drive CDL or non-CDL vehicles to give interpretive guided tours throughout Yellowstone National Park.

Responsibilities 

• Transport guests and associates in a safe manner
• Ensure that proper vehicle maintenance is performed and report any mechanical or safety problems to management
• Follow regularly assigned routes and schedules
• Maintains accurate record keeping of passengers’ census
• Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately
• Always maintain a safe atmosphere in the vehicle
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Qualifications 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Valid First Aid/CPR
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate MCSA-5876
• Knowledge of Yellowstone
• Vision must be sufficient that the driver is not restricted in the performance of duties 

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to sit for long periods
• Must be able to stand and bend
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to hear traffic and security radio
