We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are the first or last greeting our guest receives in the day as you work alongside our talented bartenders! It’s a TEAM effort at our Concord establishments and so your role is just as vital to the guest experience as the bartender. Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude sets the tone for our guests to enjoy what the day brings to them. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.

Role Responsibilities: 2nd Shift + Weekend Availability

Bar back and food runners are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food to guests, cleaning and restocking as dictated by assigned side work, assisting with the opening, and closing the bar, and following all safety guidelines.

Applicants must be able:

• Work weekends
• At least 3 days a week
• Stand for the full shift
• Be dependable, reliable, and flexible
• Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment is required.
• Prior hotel experience is preferred.
