Main Banker - Overnight

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Main Banker to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Main Banker, you will be responsible for balancing the vault and accurately counting and balancing all cashier moneybags returned to the vault.

Hours:

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Overnight hours 11pm to 7:30am

Possibility of extra hours working mid shift bank from 3pm to 11:30pm

Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all state, company, and departmental regulations and procedures are being followed at all times.
• Verifie and accept funds from drop/count staff.
• Accurately count vault funds and verifie vault on a daily basis.
• Prepare cashier moneybags for upcoming shifts.
• Balance all proceeds on the table at the end of the shift.
• Deliver cash draws of money to cage supervisors as needed.
• Maintain an accurate cash balance and is able to multitask.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• At least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Intermediate computer skills including routine data input and record keeping.
• Must possess basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
• Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to work across departmental lines.
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and push trolly cart in excess of 70 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, kneel, bend, and crouch.
