Full-Time
Assist Sales managers with all administrative support work.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with any administrative support work.
Answering of Sales Office and Executive Office phones throughout the day.
Customer Service: Prepared to answer questions, email information, attention to the small or immediate needs in the absence of the Planners or Director.
Blocking space and creating event orders for all in House Meetings, notification, and follow up to Departments.
Attend the Weekly Management Meetings, type minutes and send to GM within a 24-hour window, to upload to corporate site.
Distributing departmental mail, logging checks and ensuring all mail is received properly.
Assist in creating different promotional material for both guests and employee functions.
Maintain information folders as according to OTH SOPs.
Updating Client information.
Handle any special mailing projects.
Create all Resume packets and Staff meeting packets prior to the start times.
Send out all MPSI surveys to past clients
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
