Human Resources Manager

The Embassy Suites hotel in Downtown Chicago is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with dynamite leadership skills to join our TEAM!

As Human Resources Manager, you will provide general HR support to our exceptional operational team and successfully administer and manage all areas of human resources.

As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by overseeing the selection, on-boarding, development, and guidance of leaders and team members.

3+ years of Hotel Human Resources experience and at least one-year experience in a management role is a plus.  BS or BA in Hotel Administration, Management, or HR is a plus.  Hilton hotel experience is highly preferred. 

Bi-lingual Spanish speaking highly preferred.
