国内ホールセールチームのコーディネーター(営業事務・アシスタント)は、部が定めた年間活動計画に基づいて営業部門の活動へのサポート業務を提供する役割を担います。

本ポジションの主な業務内容は次のとおりです。    

  • 各種資料作成(営業実績取りまとめ・営業ツールなど)
  • 部内チームリーダーとの連携
  • チームメンバーのスケジュール管理
  • 社内サポート(人事関連・IT関連・社内イベント・クライアント用イベントなど)
  • 事務処理(経費精算など)
  • 通訳・翻訳(社内ミーティングや社内メールなど)
  • 電話対応(クライアントからの電話の各メンバーへの取次など)

As Coordinator (Administrative Assistant), Individual Wholesale Cluster, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Creating various materials (such as summarizing sales achievements and sales tools).
  • Collaborating with team leaders within the department.
  • Managing team members’ schedules.
  • Providing internal support (related to human resources, IT, internal events, and client-specific events).
  • Handling administrative tasks (such as expense reimbursement).
  • Providing interpretation and translation services (for internal meetings and internal emails).
  • Managing phone calls (including routing calls from clients to team members).

Requirements

必須条件

  • 何かしらの事務職の経験をお持ちの方
  • 語学力:日本語(母国語)および英語(ビジネスレベル)\
  • PCスキル(Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point/オンラインミーティングツール:Microsort TeamsまたZoom)中から上級レベル

歓迎条件

  • コーディネーター(営業事務・アシスタント)または秘書経験者
  • ホテル業務経験者(職種は問いません)

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Any administrative experience.
  • Language proficiency: Japanese (native) and English (business level).
  • PC skills: Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Working experience as a coordinator (administrative assistant) for sales or secretary.
  • Experience in the hotel industry (regardless of specific roles).
