What You’ll Get to Do:

• Direct all housekeeping activities, ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and staff quarters are immaculate and inviting.
• Mentor and manage our dedicated housekeeping staff, setting performance benchmarks and offering constructive feedback.
• Champion and uphold our housekeeping protocols, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
• Work closely with the engineering and front desk teams to swiftly respond to guest needs and enhance their stay.
• Oversee the procurement and organization of housekeeping necessities and linens.
• Ensure all areas meet our rigorous cleanliness standards through regular inspections and quality control measures.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role.
• Proven ability to guide and inspire a team.
• An unwavering attention to detail and commitment to upholding the highest standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A plus if familiar with housekeeping software and inventory management systems.
