Essential Job Functions

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting them menus and helping them settle comfortably, reflecting our high service standards
• Maintain the elegant set-up of our dining area, ensuring it remains a reflection of the Hilton’s prestigious brand
• Assist across various hotel departments when needed, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to outstanding guest service
• Uphold our commitment to a safe working environment for both staff and guests as specified in our Associate Handbook

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to read and understand important service documents and to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and dining etiquette
• Capable of moving safely and efficiently in a busy environment, managing physical demands with ease
• Professional demeanor at all times, treating every guest and co-worker with respect and courtesy

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to engage in physical activities such as walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating through the dining area
• Prepared to stand and remain active for extended periods during an 8-hour shift, with the ability to manage tasks both indoors and outdoors in a moderately noisy setting
