๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently during check-in and check-out ๐Ÿ‘‹

  • Complete guest registrations, secure payments, and verify or adjust billing as needed

  • Confirm guest information, room rates, and room selections

  • Create and code electronic room keys ๐Ÿ”‘

  • Assist guests with reservations, questions, and special requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

  • Address guest concerns by researching, resolving, and negotiating solutions to ensure satisfaction ๐Ÿ˜Š

  • Deliver high standards of service to consistently exceed guest expectations ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service

  • Implement creative solutions while following brand standards

  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, including:

    • Hotel amenities and services

    • Room categories and rates

    • Packages and promotions

  • Build strong, professional relationships with guests, clients, and groups

  • Provide local area recommendations and information ๐Ÿ“


๐Ÿง  Skills & Experience:

  • Guest service experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail ๐Ÿ”

  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
