Front Office Manager– Dual Hotel Property
Pay scale: $54k-67k

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee front desk operations across both properties, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Personally model outstanding hospitality through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive guest engagement.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor front desk associates in check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and service excellence.
Empower team members to deliver memorable experiences and celebrate their achievements.
Serve as Manager on Duty, supporting overall hotel operations and resolving guest concerns when needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and the General Manager to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Manage scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and performance development for the front office team.
Maintain accurate financial controls, reporting, and compliance with cash handling procedures.
Ensure both properties maintain high quality standards through inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces.
Promote a safe, secure work environment by proactively addressing potential hazards and supporting compliance standards.
Partner with maintenance teams to ensure the physical property remains welcoming, functional, and well maintained.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front office leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Financial awareness and experience with hotel operating systems preferred.
Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
