Golden Hour is seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and is committed to maintaining the excellence expected of a Michelin-recognized restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Golden Hour’s recipes and plating standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes during service
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Assist with daily mise en place and station preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
Adapt quickly during busy services while maintaining attention to detail

Required:
1–3 years of professional kitchen experience preferred (fine dining experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
Experience in high-end or Michelin-recognized restaurants
Culinary school training or equivalent hands-on experience
Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
