Join our dynamic team as the Director of Outlets at The Lowline Hotel, where you will lead and inspire our food and beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee all dining and beverage services across the hotel, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including Room Service, Coffee Bar, Lounge, Market, and Banquets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage outlet managers and staff to ensure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
- Maintain and improve operational standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to continually increase sales revenues and surpass budget expectations.
- Monitor and control payroll and overhead costs to stay within budgeted targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
