Position Overview

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking diligent and dependable individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Golf Cart Attendants. This role is essential to maintaining our fleet’s premium standards, ensuring every guest begins their round with a pristine, fully-stocked vehicle.

This is a high-energy, outdoor position focused on the meticulous cleaning, staging, and storage of our golf cart fleet.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Fleet Maintenance: Thoroughly wash, dry, and detail golf carts following guest use to maintain resort standards.
  • Guest Readiness: Replenish essential amenities, including scorecards, bottled water, and ice.
  • Fleet Logistics: Safely operate and maneuver carts for organized storage in the cart barn at the end of each shift.
  • Facility Oversight: Maintain a clean, professional, and hazard-free environment in the cart barn and staging areas.
  • Quality Control: Proactively identify and report mechanical issues or cosmetic damage to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Golf Operations staff to ensure seamless transitions during peak hours and end-of-day closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License to operate vehicles on resort property.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in various Texas weather conditions.
  • Availability: Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliability: Consistent, punctual transportation to and from the resort.
