Housekeeping Manager

At Moxy, housekeeping isn’t “behind the scenes”—it’s front and center to the guest experience. We’re looking for a Housekeeping Manager who leads from the floor, keeps standards sharp, and brings great energy to a fast-moving, lifestyle hotel.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support daily housekeeping operations in a high-volume lifestyle hotel

• Supervise, train, and motivate room attendants and public space teams

• Conduct inspections to ensure Moxy and Marriott brand standards are consistently met

• Help manage schedules, labor, and productivity while keeping morale high

• Partner with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times

• Jump in where needed—this is a hands-on leadership role

What You Bring:

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory or management experience

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality

• A positive, people-first leadership style

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Marriott experience is a plus, but not required

• A sense of humor doesn’t hurt 😉

Salary $75,000-$78,000
