Full-Time | Horseshoe Bay, Texas

Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club is a private outdoor club set on a historic Texas Hill Country ranch. We are not a gun club—we are a service‑driven community built around respect, learning, and shared outdoor pursuits.

The Porter plays a vital role in the member experience. As a highly visible service professional, you ensure members are prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their time on property. You serve as one of the first and last points of contact, setting the tone for safety, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and secure ammunition and gear into member carts accurately and safely.
  • Assist members with gear loading and unloading upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide courteous transportation for members and guests across the property.
  • Deliver amenities and requested items to members on the range.
  • Support Restaurant & Retail operations during peak periods, including table bussing.
  • Process basic register transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Maintain carts and related equipment in clean, safe, working condition.
  • Follow all safety standards and operating procedures without exception.
  • Represent Rhythm’s culture with professionalism, humility, and respect.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Service‑oriented with pride in supporting others.
  • Detail‑focused, especially in matters of safety and accuracy.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in Texas conditions.
  • Comfortable interacting with members in a high‑end hospitality environment.
  • Trustworthy with basic cash handling and transactions.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy periods.

Work Environment

  • Approximately 40 hours per week, primarily outdoors.
  • Fast‑paced, high‑expectation member setting.
  • Hill Country conditions including heat, dust, and varied terrain.
  • Team‑first culture with clear standards and shared accountability.
  • Opportunity to gain experience in outdoor hospitality and club operations.

Experience assisting with basic transactions, register operations, or inventory support, demonstrating accuracy, trustworthiness, and responsibility when handling payment or member requests.
