Position Summary
Marc & Rose Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and proactive Executive Operations Analyst to support executive leadership across a dynamic portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, organizing complex initiatives, and helping drive operational excellence across an evolving hospitality platform. The position combines operational analytics, executive coordination, project management, and strategic administrative support while working closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, technologically savvy, and capable of balancing analytical responsibilities with executive-level support. Success in this role requires professionalism, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Core Responsibilities
Analyze and distribute operational performance reporting and business insights across the portfolio
Support executive leadership with strategic projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional coordination
Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, reports, summaries, and operational communications
Coordinate meetings, travel, calendars, agendas, and follow-up action items for senior leadership
Track operational initiatives, deadlines, and portfolio-wide projects to support accountability and execution
Assist with operational analysis related to guest engagement, programming, and business performance
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for operational initiatives
Maintain operational calendars and coordinate key meetings, deadlines, and organizational priorities
Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and property teams to help maintain communication and alignment
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Support process improvement efforts and organizational efficiencies across the company
Required Qualifications and Competencies
3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, executive support, analytics, project coordination, or related fields preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership and teams company-wide
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with hospitality systems including Toast, Opera, Delphi, CRM platforms, and related hotel technologies preferred
- Comfortable utilizing AI platforms and productivity tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative hospitality environment
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of progressive hospitality leadership/executive support experience
