Your Role

As the face of Fairfield, you are the first impression and the lasting memory for our guests. You’ll be the go-to person who enchants our guests right from their arrival, ensuring that their every need is met with a smile. Whether it’s assisting with a smooth check-in, providing insights on the best local eateries, or ensuring their stay is nothing short of spectacular, your role is pivotal.

Dive Into Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver a warm welcome, making our guests feel at home the instant they step inside.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions, ensuring all guest expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Drive loyalty by promoting our exclusive loyalty programs and special rate packages.
  • Navigate guest needs seamlessly, coordinating with various hotel departments.
  • Ensure safety and preparedness by knowing and communicating our emergency procedures.

We Need You If You Have:

  • More than 2 years of stellar customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational certificate.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to engage and connect in the primary language of our guests and team.
  • The energy to stand and deliver top-notch service throughout your shift.
  • The capability to occasionally lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
