YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the controller, the accounting clerk supports daily accounting and administrative management activities. You will also collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure the efficient monitoring of financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Among the responsibilities are, among others, the following:

• Enter data and organize accounting documents.
• Check and process supplier invoices.
• Invoice the owners.
• Monitor payments received and prepare bank deposits.
• Support the management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare short monitoring reports (daily income, payments, etc.).
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, updating documents, communicating with suppliers and owners, and others).
• Provide general support to the accounting department and for any other related administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Studies (DEC) in accounting, administration or a related field
• Experience in accounting or administration (hotel sector experience an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written – required
