Position Summary
The Banquet Captain oversees the successful execution of banquet and special event functions. This role partners with Banquet Management to coordinate event operations, lead banquet staff, ensure service standards are met, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Strong background delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Experience collaborating with culinary teams, event managers, and operational departments to ensure seamless event execution and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

Proven experience leading and developing service teams, including banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff. Demonstrated ability to train employees, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and create a positive, results-oriented work environment.
Minimum two years of experience supervising banquet, catering, or large-scale event operations in a hotel, resort, conference center, country club, or similar hospitality environment. Experience coordinating multiple events simultaneously while maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction is preferred.
