Step into a supervisory role at the front line of our hotel’s operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team, managing daily tasks with efficiency and a touch of class, ensuring every guest’s stay is seamless from arrival to departure. Your Daily Impact…

  • Lead and support all Front Office staff to uphold our high standards.
  • Prepare effectively for daily guest arrivals, maintaining an organized overview of bookings.
  • Drive communication during shift briefings, keeping the team informed and engaged.
  • Stay informed about our hotel’s offerings and local events to enhance guest stays.
  • Monitor financial operations, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Handle guest data with confidentiality and care, resolving any issues with discretion.
  • Support ongoing training and development within your team.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our guest satisfaction scores.

Who We’re Looking for…

  • Exceptional communication skills in the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Capability to undertake a variety of tasks, from sitting to standing, during an 8+ hour shift.

Qualifications…

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
