  Salary: $23.50/h + Night shift premiums

YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of the front desk manager, the night auditor ensures the continuity of front desk reception during the night and ensures the quality of service provided to guests. He is responsible for the daily audit, hotel security and guest support, while ensuring compliance with standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests, respond to their requests and ensure courteous service at all times.

  Perform the night audit: verify, balance and finalize the closure of the day's transactions (file, correct, balance accounts and produce requested reports).

• Manage late arrivals, early departures, reservation bookings and modifications, complaint handling, call responses.

• Ensure transition with the morning team: provide a report and transmit pending requests.

• Collaborate with other departments to respond to guest requests.

• Ensure the security of the hotel and guests during the night.

• Perform certain front desk tasks - All other related tasks.
