About Springfield Country Club

For over 20 years, this hospitality and events destination has been woven into the fabric of the community. Now, as we write the next chapter and continue building a stronger local presence, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants to help build something meaningful.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. You'll work directly with hands-on, entrepreneurial ownership, collaborate with an external agency, and have genuine influence over how our brand shows up in the world, with a clear path to Director of Marketing and a seat at the leadership table.

What You'll Own

Brand & Campaign Execution

  • Lead seasonal and annual marketing campaigns from concept to completion, with clear timelines and measurable results
  • Ensure cohesive, elevated brand presentation across all platforms and collateral
  • Track and report campaign performance to ownership, adjusting tactics as needed

Content & Social Media

  • Own day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, photography, video, captions, scheduling, and analytics
  • Collaborate with our external agency on monthly content calendars and strategic campaigns
  • Edit photos and graphics for both digital and print use

Wedding & Private Events

  • Position hospitality and events destination as the premier wedding and event venue in the region
  • Maintain brochures, pricing guides, and digital sales materials; manage bridal directory listings
  • Coordinate styled shoots and vendor collaborations to drive inquiry flow and improve conversion

Restaurant

  • Lead marketing for Restaurant rebrand, helping establish it as a beloved community dining destination
  • Execute campaigns for wine dinners, chef features, holiday events, and local promotions
  • Develop email marketing and initiatives to grow reservations and repeat traffic

Digital & Website

  • Keep website content fresh, on-brand, and optimized for wedding and dining search visibility
  • Monitor traffic, lead capture flow, and conversion performance
  • Coordinate digital and print advertising deliverables with agency partners
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, weddings, events, or luxury brands
  • A strong writer who crafts captions and promotional copy that sound human and on-brand
  • Comfortable with Canva, basic photo editing, and Microsoft Office (including Excel for tracking)
  • Experienced managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok with an eye for visual standards
  • Analytical enough to read performance data and adjust, and organized enough to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self-directed, proactive, and genuinely excited by the opportunity to build something
Where This Role Goes

We intend to be intentional about this hire. The right candidate will grow into a Director of Marketing title and take a meaningful seat at the leadership table as our business continues to expand. We want someone who sees this as a career-defining opportunity, not just a job, and we'll invest accordingly.
