We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our growing TEAM. You’ll be one of the first faces our guests meet, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Check guests in and out, assign rooms, and manage guest information
• Answer questions and provide helpful hotel and local recommendations
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred, but willing to train the right customer-service professional
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning hotel systems and technology
• English fluency required; Spanish or additional languages preferred
• Flexible availability, including days, weekends, and holidays

Full-time positions are benefits eligible, including paid time off, travel discounts, medical coverage, and additional insurance options.
