Responsibilities

- Manage the security department's budget and resources effectively.
- Guest Safety and Security:
- Implement measures to ensure the safety and security of guests, including escort services, emergency procedures, and guest room security.
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Valid security license or certification (if required by local regulations).
