DoubleTree Little Rock is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable making quick decisions while creating a positive experience for both guests and associates.
The Front Office Manager oversees Guest Services, Night Audit, and Bell staff while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to DoubleTree by Hilton and Waterford Hotel Group standards.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop Front Office associates.
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest relations.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintain brand and hotel service standards.
- Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and departmental procedures.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel needs.
Job Requirements- 2–3 years of hotel Front Desk/Front Office experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
