Responsibilities

As a Morning/Breakfast Cook, you will play an important role in providing our hotel guests with a fresh, delicious, and welcoming start to their day. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and hotel standards
• Set up and maintain the breakfast kitchen and cooking stations
• Prepare eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast selections
• Ensure food is prepared and served at the proper temperature and presented attractively
• Monitor food levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Properly store and label food products to maintain freshness and prevent waste
• Assist with preparation and kitchen duties as needed
• Work closely with the breakfast and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Requirements to Be Successful in This Role

• Previous experience as a cook, breakfast cook, line cook, or in a hotel/restaurant kitchen is preferred
• Previous experience in a Hilton brand or luxury hotel setting is ideal, but we are willing to train motivated food service professionals looking to grow their hospitality career
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for preparing quality food
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong TEAM player
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary education or formal training is a plus but not required
