We’re looking for a Sales Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our growing TEAM!

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with our Sales TEAM and leadership to support sales initiatives, marketing efforts, special events, and day-to-day operations. You’ll have the opportunity to use both your organizational and creative skills while helping create memorable experiences for our guests and supporting the growth of our business.

From preparing sales presentations and promotional materials to managing calendars, assisting with social media, and keeping our events calendar up to date, no two days will be exactly the same!

What You'll Do

As a Sales Administrative/Marketing Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the Sales TEAM, helping keep our department organized, efficient, and moving forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Manage and maintain the Sales TEAM’s calendar
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and exceptional service
• Assist with sales reports, tracking, and basic data analysis
• Maintain accurate customer databases and records
• Support the Sales TEAM with general administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and data entry
• Create in-house promotional flyers and marketing materials using Canva
• Assist the Director with social media content and marketing initiatives
• Maintain the website calendar of events
• Support special projects and other initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with the Sales TEAM and other departments to help deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, organization, and a TEAM-first attitude to everything they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or hospitality environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative TEAM player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Amadeus Sales & Catering (Sales/CS) software is a plus
• Experience creating promotional materials using Canva
• An eye for design and creativity when developing marketing materials
• A positive, professional, and enthusiastic personality
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences

Compensation

$19.00 per hour
