About this job…

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Analytics & Systems Specialist to join our Revenue Management Team. This role supports hotel pricing optimization, market share growth, accurate topline forecasting, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, and hospitality experience—ideally in revenue management.

You’ll collaborate with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to create efficiencies for the revenue team, by building and maintaining reporting tools, monitoring performance, and driving data-informed decisions across our hotel portfolio. 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Support monthly and annual forecasting by preparing and validating data inputs 
  • Conduct audits on distribution, rate loading, and other revenue-impacting processes
  • Train new team members on tools, systems, and department processes 
  • Develop and refine reporting methodologies and explore automation opportunities
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy 

Requirements…

  • 2+ years in reporting, revenue management, or business analysis in hospitality 
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, or OLAP data cubes)
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, OYv2) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
