About the Role

Are you outgoing, personable, and passionate about hospitality?

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk / Guest Service Agent to join our TEAM! You’ll be one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, creating welcoming experiences and helping make every stay memorable.

If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and making guests feel at home, you could be a great fit for our TEAM!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.

• Check guests in and out and process payments.

• Assign rooms, distribute keys, and maintain accurate guest information.

• Answer questions and assist with guest requests.

• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

• Provide recommendations and information about the hotel and surrounding area.

• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.

• Help create memorable experiences for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right customer-service professional!

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Friendly, positive, and energetic personality.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel technology systems.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Spanish or additional language skills are a plus.
