TUG'S is a new high-energy bar & restaurant opening at 1200 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. Cold beer, smash burgers,fried everything, frozen drinks, sports and a lot of fun — an unpretentious neighborhood spot in the heart of South Beach,built around Tug, our bulldog. No reservations, no attitude, high volume all day and late into the night.

in a high-volume environment. We look for big personalities and natural charisma, strong salespeople who genuinely love

recommending food and drinks, team players who hustle, and people excited to help grow a brand-new concept — the

team that opens TUG'S will be the first in line for leadership roles as we grow.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide friendly, fast, personality-driven service that creates an exceptional experience in a high-volume beach bar. Your

primary objective is to show our guests such a good time they will want to return — and to sell: servers at TUG'S know the

menu cold and drive every table's experience (and check) with genuine recommendations.

ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of TUG'S: cold beer, great food, and a great time for

every guest — served fast, with personality, so they come back with friends.

• Present menus, answer questions about food, drinks, and house features (sports, Late Menu, Big Dog cups), and

make recommendations you genuinely believe in.

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately and immediately into the POS system.

• Upsell naturally: add-ons, premium builds, frozen drinks, desserts, and rounds — good selling is part of the job, not an

extra.

• Monitor each table's experience and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problem.

• Check guests' identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcohol service.

• Serve food and beverages promptly; run food for teammates whenever hands are free.

• Prepare checks, collect payments, and close tables accurately.

• Pre-buss and reset tables quickly to keep the floor turning in a no-reservations, high-volume room.

• Thank guests, invite them back, and treat regulars like regulars.

• Attend all scheduled team meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred; South Beach pace is a plus.

• Charisma, hustle, and a seller's mindset — you like people and you like moving numbers.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Florida Responsible Vendor / alcohol compliance and food handler training (or willingness to complete on hire).

• Able to stand and walk for full shifts, carry trays, and lift up to 35 lbs.

• English required; Spanish or other languages a big plus on Ocean Drive.
