The Opportunity To Make Every Plate Count

• Prepare high-quality menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations.
• Support breakfast, dinner, banquet, and special-event service with efficiency, urgency, and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked work area throughout each shift.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and allergen-handling procedures.
• Receive, store, rotate, and handle food products in accordance with hotel and health-department standards.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house, banquet, and culinary team members to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Help uphold the Hilton standard of quality in every dish served—from the first breakfast order to the final banquet plate.

The Ingredients For Success

• Previous professional kitchen, restaurant, hotel, banquet, or food-service experience is preferred.
• A working knowledge of safe food preparation, sanitation, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
• The ability to remain composed, productive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced service environment.
• A dependable work ethic and flexibility to work varying schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
