Your role
Under the supervision of the controller, the accounting clerk supports daily accounting and administrative management activities. You will also collaborate with different hotel departments to ensure the monitoring of financial operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Enters billing data, processes payments, performs bank deposits, and ensures the monitoring of accounts receivable and payable.
• Performs journal entry, verification, coding, and filing of supplier invoices, as well as check distribution.
• Prepares tracking reports, enters various data, and manages expense accounts.
• Responds to supplier inquiries and ensures effective communication for file processing.

Requirements

• Good command of computer tools.
• Experience in hospitality or accounting (an asset).
• Bilingualism.
