We're looking for a detail-driven, self-motivated Night Auditor to own the overnight shift at our Courtyard Austin Northwest/Lakeline property. You'll be the calm, capable presence guests rely on after hours — and the financial backbone that sets the hotel up for a smooth next day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome late-arriving guests and handle overnight check-ins/check-outs with genuine hospitality
• Close out the day: audit and balance financial reports across all hotel departments
• Prepare clear, accurate end-of-day summaries for management to hit the ground running each morning
• Serve as the go-to problem-solver overnight — from guest requests to security concerns — often working independently
• Spot and flag discrepancies before they become tomorrow's headaches

What You Bring

• Comfort with numbers — basic accounting skills and solid computer literacy
• A calm, dependable presence; you're just as sharp at 3am as you are at 9pm
• Self-sufficiency — you're confident handling the property solo overnight
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most
• A guest-first mindset, even during the quiet hours
