AbouttheRoleYou’llhelpleadandsupportourhousekeepingTEAM,inspectguestroomsforcleanlinessandquality,andensureanexceptionalguestexperience.Thisisahands-onrolethatincludesassistingwithguestroomcleaningasneeded.
ResponsibilitiesSuperviseandsupporthousekeepingstafftoensureroomsarecleanedefficientlyandmeethotelstandards.
Inspectguestroomsandpublicareasforcleanliness,presentation,andmaintenanceissues.
Providefeedbackandguidancetoteammemberstomaintainqualitystandards.
Assigndailytasksandhelpprioritizeroomcleaningbasedonoccupancyandguestneeds.
Reportmaintenanceissues,damageditems,andsafetyconcernspromptly.
Ensurehousekeepingcarts,supplies,andstorageareasarecleanandorganized.
Monitorinventoryoflinens,amenities,andcleaningsuppliesandreportshortages.
Assistwithcleaningguestroomswhenneeded.
Respondpromptlytoguestrequestsandresolvecleanlinessconcernsprofessionally.
Ensureproperuseofcleaningproductsandcompliancewithsafetyandsanitationprocedures.
Communicateroomstatusupdatesandspecialrequestswiththefrontdeskandmanagement.
Helptrainteammembersoncleaningprocedures,hotelstandards,andsafetypractices.
Atleast1yearofhousekeepingsupervisoryexperienceinaselect-servicehotelisrequired.
Previousexperienceinspectingguestroomsandenforcingcleanlinessstandards.
Strongleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
Excellentattentiontodetailandtheabilitytoidentifycleanlinessormaintenanceissues.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
Abilitytomotivateateam,provideconstructivefeedback,andaddressperformanceconcernsprofessionally.
Basiccomputerskillsforupdatingroomstatusesandcompletingreports.
Abilitytostand,walk,bend,andperformphysicalhousekeepingdutiesthroughouttheshift.
Willingnesstoassistwithguestroomcleaningasneeded.
BilingualEnglish/Spanishskillsareaplus.
Flexibleschedule,includingweekendsandholidays,asneeded.
Pay:$22.00perhour
