Responsibilities: The Housekeeping Manager works with the Executive Housekeeper to help supervise housekeeping and laundry operations, ensure product quality standards are met, and provide optimal service to guests in line with property objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants, this position will perform cleaning duties throughout the hotel. Must have administrative experience, including ordering, inventory, and scheduling.  The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for delivering clean rooms for occupancy that meet the brand’s time, product, and placement standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years prior supervisory experience in a hotel environment
• Brand experience is preferred 
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed 
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
