Your Opportunity

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll partner directly with the General Manager to orchestrate every note of the hotel’s daily performance — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Maintenance to Breakfast service. This is a role for someone who thrives on energy, precision, and the art of genuine guest care. Think of yourself as the conductor behind the curtain, ensuring every department plays in harmony to create a five-star guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all Rooms Division departments.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop department managers and supervisors.
• Establish performance goals and conduct regular evaluations that inspire growth.
• Champion a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and labor regulations.
• Deliver consistently outstanding guest service from arrival through departure.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with grace, empathy, and swift action.
• Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and online reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee VIP guest arrangements and special rate programs.
• Direct daily operations within the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Coordinate seamlessly between departments to optimize room readiness and guest flow.
• Monitor room inventory, status, and housekeeping productivity to maintain operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in reporting and accounting practices.
• A natural gift for guest relations.
• Familiarity with the PEP System preferred.

Your Background

Previous hotel experience in a similar leadership role is required. A degree in Hotel Administration or Management is a plus, though not essential — we value proven leadership and passion for hospitality above all.

The Physical Side of the Role

This position requires regular sitting, standing, bending, and walking, as well as the use of hands for various tasks. You may occasionally lift boxes up to fifteen pounds. Close vision for computer work is also required.
