Dual Front Office Manager Overview

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an energetic and experienced Dual Front Office Manager to lead front office operations at both the Aloft and Element BWI Airport hotels!

In this role, you'll oversee daily front desk operations across two Marriott-branded properties, lead and develop a strong team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, passionate about hospitality, and comfortable balancing the needs of two busy hotels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate front office associates across both properties.

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest experiences.

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

  • Manage scheduling, training, and departmental performance.

  • Maintain Marriott brand standards and Waterford Hotel Group service expectations.

  • Partner with hotel leadership to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hotel front desk experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Marriott experience and familiarity with hotel property management systems preferred.

  • A positive, hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.

Schedule

Hospitality doesn't operate on a Monday through Friday schedule, and neither do we! This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
