Sales Coordinator & Front Desk Agent

We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Agent to support our Area Director of Sales and our guests!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front desk, guest services, or hotel administrative experience who is interested in learning the commercial side of the hospitality industry. In this role, you'll help coordinate group business, prepare sales materials, support client events, and keep the sales team organized while working in our Orlando sales office.

This position can also be an excellent fit for a current hotel team member looking to expand their skills through a hybrid front desk/sales support schedule.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and format Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses and sales proposals.
• Process group contracts, rooming lists, and event resumes.
• Coordinate hotel site visits and client entertainment logistics.
• Maintain organized sales files and accurately update CRM databases.
• Prepare correspondence and follow up with clients as directed by the sales team.
• Assist with administrative support for the Orlando-area hotel sales portfolio.
• Help ensure group business transitions smoothly from booking through arrival.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk, guest services, reservations, or hospitality administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality business development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20.82 per hour
• Full time hours - 3 days as a Sales Coordinator, 2 days as a Front Desk Agent
