The Role

You’ll be the heartbeat of our guests’ dining experience — guiding them through a menu inspired by bold Southwestern flavors, recommending the perfect pairing, and making every visit feel like a celebration, whether it’s a family dinner after a day at the water park or a quiet nightcap under the stars.
