What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver impeccable guest experiences every single day.
• Set the tone for cleanliness and care across guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas.
• Partner with front office and maintenance teams to keep operations seamless and guests smiling.
• Develop and refine housekeeping procedures that meet — and exceed — Hilton’s renowned standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and supply orders with an eye for efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular inspections, ensuring every detail sparkles.
• Champion a culture of teamwork, motivation, and pride in a job well done.
• Keep safety, sanitation, and Hilton’s policies front and center in everything you do.
• Track performance metrics and bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Proven housekeeping management experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• A natural leader’s instinct for motivating teams and managing multiple priorities with grace.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Comfort with housekeeping software and modern cleaning technology.
• A flexible schedule — because great hospitality doesn’t punch a clock.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the essential functions of this position (and other duties as assigned), an employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, and equipment. The position may also require lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds, communicating verbally, and utilizing close vision for computer-related tasks.
