Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Restaurant Host / Food Runner to join our team!

This is a dual-role position that combines welcoming and seating guests with supporting our restaurant team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, pays attention to the little details, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate guest needs, work well in a fast-paced environment, and jump in wherever needed to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hosting

  • Warmly greet and welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude.

  • Manage guest seating and assist with restaurant reservations.

  • Create a positive first impression and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.

  • Answer guest questions regarding the restaurant, menu, and hotel amenities.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and dining area.

  • Assist with guest requests and help resolve concerns professionally.

Food Running & Dining Room Support

  • Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately.

  • Assist servers with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.

  • Ensure tables are properly prepared and ready for incoming guests.

  • Assist with water service and other guest needs throughout the dining experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

  • Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Someone dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • A team player who is willing to assist wherever needed.

  • Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food and dining supplies.
