修理・委託業務・事故報告書案件管理
修理管理アプリ（HotSOS）などを使った修理案件、定期点検など委託業務案件、事故報告書に基づく施設不具合案件の管理・進捗確認 営繕・外注業務・CAPEX案件の判断・仕分け 修理方法の検討・立案 外注業者の選定、見積もり取得、見積の精査（妥当性検証） 発注手続き 修理・工事・定期保守に関する他部署・関係者との調整、社内向けの通知 修理完了チェック 定期保守などの結果報告書チェック各エネルギー・館内のゴミ・廃棄物関係管理
毎日の各エネルギー消費動向チェック データ分析による省エネ検討・対策立案 各種報告書作成と報告業務（各種行政報告書、LightStayなど） 館内のゴミ・廃棄物に関する管理（ホテルの窓口として産廃などの計画、行政への報告書作成など）予算・支出管理
予算・支出管理（RFやPL）期間限定の業務
毎年おおむね11月から翌年1月まで開催されるクリスマストレインに関係する、クリスマストレイン設置者との調整・社内の各種手続きその他
ITデバイス申請など社内の各種手続き 大規模宴会などの準備応援を含む全社的な応援対応Requirements
日常的に他部署との調整、パソコン操作（アプリ操作、メールでのやり取り、エクセル・パワポなどを使っての書類作成）が必要。
日常会話レベル（TOEIC 600点レベル）の英語力歓迎。
同様の職種経験者歓迎。
