Banquet Captain Jobs

Take the helm at banquets and events

When it comes to meetings and events at the hotel, the banquet captain runs the ship. They keep an eye on everything that’s going on: the decorations, the food, the staff, the guests. Of course the food is the real star of any catered event, and the banquet manager works closely with the kitchen and food service staff to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Banquet captains have to have a sharp eye for detail and high standards. They are good at working with people since they not only coordinate all of the banquet staff, but also ensure that the guests are happy. They love to see their work pay off in a beautifully executed event.
